Klára Kalíšková is a researcher at the Economics Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Her research has been mostly based at the IDEA think tank. Klára holds a Ph.D. from CERGE-EI and Charles University (2015). She is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Economics in Prague. Since 2012 Klára has been a member of the Czech national team for the EUROMOD model and since 2014 she has also been a research affiliate at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn. Between 2015–2017 she was a member of an Expert Committee for Family Policy at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. Her main research interests lie in empirical and policy-oriented research in the fields of labor economics and applied econometrics.
