Delegation from the International Monetary Fund visits CERGE-EI

On 3 May 2017, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission staff headed by Mr. Alasdair Scott visited CERGE-EI to discuss various economic policies with CERGE-EI senior researchers Daniel Munich, Klara Kaliskova, Filip Pertold and Vilem Semerak. Other mission team members were Niels-Jakob Hansen, Anna Shabunina and Olamide Harrison.

Construction of Digital Media Center at CERGE-EI to Commence this Spring

We are delighted to announce the imminent launch of our project to establish a Digital Media Center at CERGE-EI. The center will incorporate a new 80-seat lecture theater and studio, both equipped with the latest audiovisual technology. The facility will be available for live-streaming lectures and seminars to multiple partner institutions across the region and for CERGE-EI faculty and students to hold virtual meetings with overseas supervisors, research partners and colleagues around the world.
