CERGE-EI Researchers Working on the Model antiCOVID-19

CERGE-EI researchers are participating in the Model antiCOVID-19 for the Czech Republic19 initative that has been formed to develop models that compare the effects of measures imposed to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus. The Initiative is overseen by the IDEA think tank.

CERGE-EI Experts Involved in the National Economic Council of the Government

Professors Štěpán Jurajda and Jan Švejnar are members of the National Economic Government (NERV), an expert team gathered to formulate the government's economic strategy. The Czech government decided to renew this advisory body formed originaly to mitigate the aftermath of the 2009 financial crisis.
