CERGE-EI celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. What do Štěpán Jurajda, Filip Matějka, and Jakub Steiner wish for CERGE-EI in the years to come?

The number of Czech households entitled to housing allowance will increase by approximately 200,000 due to rising energy prices. These estimates come from PAQ Research's and think-tank IDEA’s analysis, financially supported by the Czech Academy of Sciences.

Marek Kapička, CERGE-EI's Associate Professor with Tenure, has received the Czech Science Foundation (GAČR) grant for his project. His research will provide an analytical framework for studying the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
